Instructions for deleting your Lydia Jewellery account and associated data.

How to Delete Your Account via the App

You can easily delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the Lydia Jewellery mobile application by following these steps:

Open the Lydia Jewellery mobile app on your iOS or Android device.

Sign in to the account you wish to delete.

Navigate to the "Profile" tab (usually the last icon in the bottom menu).

Tap on "Profile Settings" or "Account Settings".

Find and tap the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the screen.

Confirm your request. Once confirmed, your account will be immediately de-activated and queued for permanent deletion.

If you are unable to access the app or prefer to request deletion manually, please send an email to: support@lydiacloud.com.

Data Deletion and Retention Policy

What data is deleted?

Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently purged from our active systems:

  • Full name and contact details (email, phone number)
  • Marketing preferences and notification settings
  • Saved addresses and favorites list
  • Personal profile information and social connections

What data is retained?

As a B2B platform, Lydia Jewellery is legally required to retain certain information for financial and legal compliance:

  • Financial Records: Transactional data, invoices, and payment history are retained for a minimum of 10 years as required by tax and commercial laws.
  • Legal and Security logs: Essential logs related to fraud prevention and security audits may be kept for a period of up to 5 years.

Retained data is securely archived and will only be accessed for legal, regulatory, or audit purposes. It will not be used for marketing or profiling.
